Ukyoku was established on St. Patty's Day twenty-oh-eight. On the eighth of April of the same year, the site made the transition from being hosted on Awardspace to ReikuORG. From there, to make the long story short: when you stick a curious mind in the head of a risk-taker, you get a blogger. That or the ashes of a rug. I prefer the former.
what's in a name?
Ukyoku in Japanese is equivalent to meander in English. Basically, I like to see life as a labyrinth worth meandering through. Rounding a corner, you don't know whether you'll find the exit or just another minotaur. Simple as that.
past layouts
Winter Wonderland (03/17 - 03/19)
Despite the nearing of spring, Ukyoku's first layout featured a winter wonderland. The image in the header was taken by taivasalla.
Another Day, Another Sunset (03/19 - 03/20)
With spring approaching and brighter colors a necessity, the second layout omitted a serene aura with a header featuring a photo by ahswan.
Be a Little Crazy (03/20 - 03/21)
The Johnny's Entertainment fangirl within me wanted this crazy photoshoot of Kis-My-Ft2 in the layout. They're just awesome like that.
Footsteps of the Past (03/21 - 04/09)
Two of my favorite Johnny's Jr. were going to end up in my layout some day or another. Besides, I'm a Ya-Ya-yah fangirl. There isn't much to it.
Fight the Downward Motion (04/09 - 04/15)
